Breakfast was included with room. Attendant kept bins stocked and had good coffee, eggs, ham (bacon), cold cuts, breads and pastries. Breakfast was good enough to get you going in the morning, Remember you don't want tyo load up at hotel, since part of the awesome Italy experience while you're out and about visiting sites you want to try the local small pastries shops and coffee, sweets and gelato... so don't fill up at hotel

Location is very central, right @ altar of the fatherland, less than 10 mins walk to colosseum, trevi and pantheon. the room was clean, bright and modern and the bathroom was very spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. i would definitely recommend.
